Program Description

Connect Home Group LLC sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages include responses to inquiries, customer support, appointment and showing reminders, and updates related to real estate transactions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at connecthomegroup.com; by texting our business number, 330-353-9280, first, including after seeing it on our website, YouTube channel, or other materials; or by giving us permission to text you during a phone call or by email. When you opt in by phone or email, we send a confirmation text that includes opt-out instructions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or transaction. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You may also opt out by telling us in any reasonable way, such as replying "unsubscribe" or calling or emailing us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through our website.
